godd book for new managers great read

I enjoyed reading the book. The principles seem opposite of what I see being used in the industry I work in.

good read

This is a good collection of writings and talks by Deming. It is well edited, but does get a bit tedious toward the end. Kind of like eating four chocolate bars in one sitting.
